Our philosophy has been updated!

It has been a while since I updated the philosophy.  Today I went through it and filled gaps and tweaked a few things.

I added sections on:
  • Macro Nutrients
  • Carbs
  • Fats
  • Processed Meats
  • Alcohol
  • Legumes
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
I updated the sections on:
  • Meat
  • Dairy
Go check those sections out for some new info.
